2. Aviation Consultancy Services
Texlift Aviation LLC acts as an agent and consultant for our clients in the procurement of air transportation services. We do not own or operate aircraft. All charter flights are operated by FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers or foreign equivalent, who maintain full operational control of the flights at all times. Our role is to provide expert guidance and coordinate logistics to ensure an upscale, professional experience aligned with private aviation standards.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Texlift Aviation LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Texlift Aviation LLC's website or the services provided, even if Texlift Aviation LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. As a consultant, Texlift Aviation LLC is not liable for any acts or omissions of the actual air carriers performing the transportation services.
4. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Texlift Aviation LLC's website or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Tarrant County, Texas, for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms of Use or your use of our services.
